Net Ventures builds, invests in and operates online property and automotive businesses. We help each of our companies realise their full potential by providing funding, strategic guidance and operational support.
 

The Net Ventures founders have started, grown and exited a number of Proptech and Online Automotive businesses and use their experience to work closely with their portfolio companies' founders to impact both the direction and success of each company.
 

Net Ventures has identified a specific market opportunity within the online automotive/ vehicle-as-a-service space in the UK and has launched a successful MVP. We are now looking for a co-founder to turn it into his/her own business and to grow market share rapidly. Our target is set on becoming the leading car-as-a-subscription company in the UK.
 

Role description:

As a Co-Founder of a new Net Ventures’ start-up you will be responsible for setting up all operations, building the team, developing the business activities and gaining market leadership. As an entrepreneur and co-founder you are fully responsible for the business and will hold a personal stake in the venture’s equity.

At the same time, you are part of Net Ventures and have access to our management team as mentors and sounding board. Net Ventures will provide strategic guidance to make sure the venture is focused on the right objectives and metrics throughout the growth journey. As an early stage funded start-up, the Co-founder role will be extremely varied and challenging.

What we are looking for:
 

• Work experience in a top-tier consulting firm, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or in start-ups
• Independent, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Bias for Action
• Automotive / Online Automotive experience is an advantage
• Above all, you have the passion and ambition to build a great company

Package:
 

Negotiable. As part of the founding team, we will all be focused on building maximum value for the business as quickly as possible. To make sure we are all aligned, the package will include salary and equity based on your experience.
