Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent

Requirements

• Good written, spoken English & Thai
• 2 years minimum experience in real estate
• Must have proven track record selling new build and resell property
• Knowledge of Thai property market
• Knowledge of Foriegn ownership rules
• Professional & well presented
• Self motivated and driven to succeed
• Work from office and part of a team

The Role

Lazudi Co. Ltd. is a digital-first real estate platform. We are a new start-up business looking to grow fast and need experienced, talented real estate sales people to join our Bangkok office.

The position is to handle inbound enquiries which are provided to you from our in house marketing team. Agents need to professionally handle every client case, qualify them and find the right property match, book in viewings and close sales.

Our stock consists of selling new build, off plan, investment and mid to Luxury range properties across Bangkok and Thailand. 

The perfect candidate should be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic and provide the highest quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers as soon as they enquire
• Fact find and book appointments
• Closing regular sales and rentals
• Manage new customers in CRM
• Must keep all client records up to date in the CRM with the latest information
• Flexible working hours, evenings and weekends are required for client communication and viewings
• Ensure the best possible service for all parties (buyers, sellers and developers)
• Working as part of a team, problem solving and overcoming client concerns
• Complete all appointments and communication to the highest professional manner
• Hitting personal and team quarterly sales targets
• Attention to detail and going the extra mile to help clients find the best match
• Able to complete high volume sales with a strong work ethic
• Must have good English and Thai business level language skills
• Must be hungry to exceed in a high performance, high reward environment
